Age: 20 - Height:  5'6" - Weight: 145lbs. - Majoring in:  Linguistics

Hobbies:  swimming, soccer, painting, playing guitar, singing, writing letters to my sponsor children.

Favourite TV/Movie/Music:  I like to watch CSI, that 70's show, South Park
My favourite movies are usually documentaries or movies that have a message or meaning. Other than those I love the Little Mermaid.
I listen to a lot of foreign music, Okean Elzy. Novi Ierusalem, Xpress.  I also like punk rock like The Used, Something Corporate, Sloan, Yellowcard.

Which Bodypart Most Proud Of:  I like my back the most. I have been a swimmer all my life and my back really shows the muscles I have built up through my activity.
I most dislike my abs, I'm working on toning them up and getting a 6 pack worth showing off.

Athletic History:  I started swimming at a very young age. I was always 3 or 4 years younger than the majority of people in my classes. I reached the highest level in lessons at the YMCA and then pursued courses in Lifeguarding including, Bronze Star, Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross, CPR level C, NLS Pool, Senior Ressucitation. I played Soccer somewhat regularly. My father is from England so it was always the favourite family sport. I ran Cross Country and Track and Field all through elementry and Highschool.  I won the Major Athletic Letter at Sir Wilfrid Laurier HS which is the highest Athletic award.

Any Stories about Strength Growing Up:  I have served in Ukraine for the past three summers working with Children in villages and orphanages. It is not normal to see females involved in sports. I was always eager to play 'football' (soccer) with the boys there and they looked at me as if I were crazy and treated me gently until they'd seen me play. The guys on my team always made me Striker and before we'd start a match with a new team the other team would laugh.
The team I worked wth did a akit about believing what you haven't seen. Questions were asked and the audience would respond to whether or not they thought it was possible. Since girls in Ukraine are exceptionally thin and not accustomed to lifting weights  we asked the audience who thought it was possible for me to lift the largest guy on our team (about 250 lbs) of course only those who knew me personally could guess correctly and the rest were in complete doubt until I proved them otherwise :)

What You're Studying in School:  I am in second year studying linguistics at the University of Western Ontario.  My minor is in Russian language and I am following a certificate program in French.
